Where our seeds are sourced:

The pansy seeds we sell are the same seeds we grow from the same sources we order from as professional growers. The seeds for the beautiful Italian Pansies are sourced directly from the Faraone Mennella family, who hybridize them in Italy. It is through a special relationship with this family that we are able to allow everyone who wants to grow these exceptional varieties the opportunity to do so. All of the seeds we sell go through additional germination tests on our farm to confirm germination rates.

International shipping:

We currently ship to US and Canada only. Canadian customers are responsible for all tariffs/duties/taxes and other applicable fees due at the time of delivery. If you choose First Class shipping, you assume all risk of loss/theft/damage as First Class does not include insurance. We are looking into shipping for additional select countries outside the US and will update this page accordingly once options are confirmed.

Determining price:

As our goal is to get as many of these beautiful pansies out to as many growers as possible, we certainly want them to be affordable. We have done our best to keep costs as low as possible, while allowing our small family business to persist. Our seed packets are printed by a wonderful small business located in the US, and every packet is filled by hand here on our farm. Additionally, all orders go through multiple checks for accuracy and care during fulfillment. We hope you feel the pricing is fair and can see the love we put into each and every order.

Order fulfillment timelines:

All orders are final as soon as they move into fulfillment and can no longer be canceled. As we are a small business with a very small team, we kindly request that you allow us two weeks from the date of the sale to fulfill and ship all orders. Tracking information will be sent to the email entered at checkout when your order ships.

Additional important information:

Any variety that is a mix cannot be guaranteed for color, size or shape. Photos are representative of a previous season crop and the current season crop may vary.

Any packages returned for an improperly entered address or failure to deliver due to an error on the part of the customer will require additional shipping charges to reship. If the package is returned through any error on the part of Three Brothers Blooms we will pay all costs for reshipment.
