Seed Sale Terms and Conditions

In addition to your acknowledgment and agreement of our GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, by checking this box and proceeding with checkout you confirm you have read, understand, and agree to the additional terms and conditions specific to the sale of seeds:

• All seed sales are final. Seed orders may not be canceled once they move into fulfillment.
• Any variety that is a mix cannot be guaranteed for color, size or shape. The photos featured are reflective of a previous season’s crop.
• Any packages returned for an improperly entered address, or failure to deliver due to an error on the part of the customer, will require additional shipping charges to reship. If the package is returned through any error on the part of Three Brothers Blooms we will pay all costs for reshipment.
• Please allow up to two weeks from seed sale date for all orders to be fulfilled. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and are grateful for your support.

• *FOR CANADIAN ORDERS: all tariffs, duties and additional charges and/or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer/purchaser. Three Brothers Blooms has no control over, nor do we pay, any of these charges. As policies are continuously evolving, please be aware these fees can change at any time. Any orders returned due to a failure to pay taxes, duties or any other applicable fees are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
