How much seed will be available? 

I have stocked larger quantities than with previous sales, so hopefully everyone will have an opportunity to get all the seeds they want. That being said, this is specialty seed and annual quantities are limited.

Why are shipping options limited? 

As a very small business, I only offer shipping that includes tracking and insurance in the event of loss and/or damage. Shipping is only available within the US and Canada at this time. I cannot yet accommodate international shipping, therefore anyone outside the US and Canada will not be able to view or order seeds.

Will you be shipping to Canada?

*UPDATE – Orders cannot be accepted from Canada while Canada Post is on strike*

I would very much like to get these beautiful pansies up to Canada. That being said, I can only offer Priority International shipping at this time. First Class does not include any tracking or insurance, therefore it is not something I can accommodate as a small business. I understand the priority rate is very high through USPS, and I will continue to look into better options for my Canadian customers. Please also be aware, all additional fees, tariffs, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rates. Shipping charges will not be refunded on any packages returned for failure to pay customs fees.

Can I cancel my order? Do you accept returns? 

All seed sales are final, however orders may be cancelled, as long as they have not yet been fulfilled. Please send a email as quickly as possible if you are requesting a cancellation to brenna@threebrothersblooms.com

When will my seeds ship?

I will do my best to have all packages shipped out by Monday, October 20th.

Will there be a preview in the shop? 

I will have a preview of the varieties available through Sunday evening on October 5th, at which time the shop will be locked.  All varieties will say “coming soon” until the sale begins. Signed copies of my book Pansies will be available during the seed sale.

What if something goes wrong during the sale?

I have done my best to try to anticipate all that may go awry. That being said, it is still possible that difficulties may ensue. Rest assured, I will do everything I can to resolve any issues. Please be patient, kind and understanding. If you have an issue, just send an email to brenna@threebrothersblooms.com and I will do my best to assist you as soon as time allows. I am looking forward to getting these beautiful varieties into your hands, hearts and gardens.
